The instinct with a first digital product is to make it comprehensive. Resist it. A short product that solves one clear problem sells better and takes a fraction of the time.

Look for the question people already ask you. That question is a product brief.

Templates, checklists, planners and short guides all qualify. Format matters much less than usefulness.

Price it fairly and honestly. Your first ten sales are research, not retirement income.

Once something sells, build the neighbouring product rather than a different one. Depth compounds; variety scatters.
